Jennifer Weaver is a gifted mentor and coach.
And it’s not even that she’s learned to be good at it, while she has worked incredibly hard to hone and refine her skills, but I firmly believe this has been given to her by Jesus.
Her ability to listen and ask the RIGHT kinds of questions to unlock deeper areas of a person’s heart is unparalleled. I have been on the receiving side many times and it is both immensely challenging and a blessing to feel so seen by someone.
She is filled with grace as she sits with people in the hard places and helps them navigate their feelings and often times hurt. She’s so good at what she has been gifted and called to do. Jen is quick to listen and slow to speak, when she shares it is thoughtful and seeped in wisdom and discernment.
